Jam-2 (Jamal Kirk) DJ/Producer/promoter: This New York native turned proper Bostonian is a member of the pioneering UKG DJ collective: SOUL CHAMPION CREW. He synergizes UK Garage 2step, Speed Garage, Bassline, Footwork/160 , Jersey Club and more into an energetic musical elixir to move bodies on the dancefloor.
Jam-2 is commonly associated with the seminal UK Garage, Dubstep and Open format events, Operation Underground, Bassic, Lively and Runnin, yet his affiliation within the House Music and Drum & Bass communities are equally deep. After an extended hiatus, Jam-2 returns to his UK Garage & 2step roots, while also spreading the sounds of Chicago Footwork, Juke, 160, Classic Dubstep , Jersey Club and other mutations of BASS music in the northeast and beyond.
