Mr. EyesLee is a Boston-based DJ specializing in the soulful side of jungle and DnB. Often called a “smooth operator” for his vocal interplay and three deck mixes, Mr. EyesLee plays sets full of blends and moods from 160 bpm and up, taking the listener on a journey from start to finish. Whether 160, jungle, liquid, or rollers, he always has a heavy focus on basslines that move the crowd, wasting little energy as he blends tracks and themes and keeps the dancefloor wanting more.
After coming up through the southeastern US rave scene in the late 90s/early 00s, Mr. EyesLee is now primarily performs around New England, with regular appearances at elements (the longest running DnB weekly in North America) in Cambridge, MA, regional appearances from Hartford, CT to Portland, ME, including Tropical Dreams Indoor Festival in Sturbridge, MA, and Tight Crew raves in Providence, RI and Boston, MA, and opening support for acts such as Degs, Paul T & Edward Oberon, R4NS0M, and Sl8r. No matter the show, Mr. EyesLee has the tunes to fit the bill and keep the night flowing.
In addition to live shows, Mr. EyesLee also runs the Playground, as well as an event calendar website. The Playground, a weekly stream, Sundays 8-11PM EST, on Twitch.tv/MrEyesLee, focuses primarily on Drum & Bass/Jungle and associated subgenera, lets DJs showcase their take on Drum & Bass.
